These 24 satin finished antique beads are deeply rich in color, chosen because of the garment she wore and 24 for the years she spent on earth . We love the symbolism, seed from heaven as they appear to be the beginnings of her flower garden of roses! The black completes the colors of her habit. + A picture of Thérèse of Lisieux looks over our worktable at the workshop. Shipments of beads were being inventoried from Tucson show and - it was if she nudged us. I looked at her and she looked at us. It was clear - just like the first bead we used these antique German beads were destined to make a chaplet reflecting the Carmelite garment of praise. A remarkable pressed bead, this matte finished creamy bead has such character as no two are alike. Available as a chaplet of 24 beads (one for each year of her life) or 15 beads (for novena), or as a bracelet. Therese, born in 1873, is now a Doctor of the Church for her simple way. 24

I bought your "Garment of Therese" 24-bead chaplet the best part of a year ago, and can't begin to tell you how much it means to me. A few months after I received it, we had the wonderful experience of "Therese 2002" - the visit to Australia of the relics of St. Therese. It was such an extraordinary experience to be kneeling there, beside the reliquary of this beautiful, humble little saint, loved like no other, and touching your lovely "Garment of Therese" to her reliquary and praying to her.
