   Be sure and see the new bracelets we are putting up designed by guild and family members. And customers too, who have requested certain combinations that we thought worked very well.  and they were inspired by songs! Did you know that sound and color are the same thing? All things return to light and God's children are children of the light. We use our senses to pick up these mysteries with our sensors.  Many people hear sound and see color, some actually can pick up an aroma and it is more than memory and experience at work.  These sensors working together are called synesthesia and give glory to God hered. So for fun, we decided to bring out our songs in chaplets/bracelets and we hope you enjoy them.  And maybe this mystery will be heard in your prayer song.  Taste and see the Goodness of the Lord.

Wearing sacramentals brings glory to the Lord.  In turn we are blessed.  These are the signs of our birth - not a token of 'good luck'.  A priestly blessing gives back to the Lord what is his, opening the door for him to work. Think of water, blessed it becomes - Holy Water.  Think of when babies are baptized - they are given back to the Lord. First, he gives to us, we give back - and he opens the floodgates of his grace and mercy!

WHAT IS SYNESTHESIA?
Synesthesia (from the Greek roots syn, meaning "together," and aisthesis, or "perception") is a condition in which otherwise normal people experience the blending of two or more senses. For decades, the phenomenon was often written off as fakery or simply memories, but it has recently been shown to be real. Perhaps it occurs because of cross activation, in which two normally separate areas of the brain elicit activity in each other.  As scientists explore the mechanisms involved in synesthesia, they are also learning about how the brain in general processes sensory information and uses it to make abstract connections between seemingly unrelated inputs (For more, see SCIENTIFIC AMERICA (May 2003) issue ' Hearing Colors, Tasting Shapes'  about how people experience the ordinary world in extraordinary ways.

Why call these chaplet bracelets songs? I was talking to Kristen, my 17 year old granddaughter about how sound and color were the same thing and that the only difference was that we pick them up with different sensors.  she agreed, she understood totally. She is a very gifted singer and an artist. she understood that light was the source of both.  It is called Synesthesia. So we decided that we would all sing a new song in color. and these are the results of our new gift. The designs below come from guild and family members and customers. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did making them for you!
