HANDMADE ROSEBUD - LT BLUE SATIN WITH PINK ROSEBUDS

EACH BEAD HAND MADE
This 8mm blue satin bead is another of the handmade rosebud beads which was very popular in Europe in the 19c. No two are exactly the same, making lampwork beads very special. Each bead is individually made by CZ guilds and families.

Not a single rosebud has been painted on but each is a part of the ancient lampwork process. Spacers are 4mm facets giving dew-like life to the little leaves next to the buds. Beads are very hard to get from our Czech supplier, we have waited over 2 years at times as these are from a different family than most you see on the internet. The rosebuds are larger and more defined than most - unable to replace at this price.

EACH BEAD, ONE OF A KIND
These 8mm beads must have originally been made especially for rosaries as the country is largely Catholic, especially during the 19c when they were so popular. The 'A' 'M' Ave Maria center and rose cross compliment the rosary overall. Thérèse of Lisieux is in the center of the cross holding the crucifix for you, like an intercessor. (Paters are faceted Swarovski crystal)
