Slashed to remind us of the stripes Jesus wore, these jet black burri seed Ave beads are powerful to pray and see. The Pater bead (antique cane ca 20s) also appears to be a heart, His Sacred Heart. It is a pressed glass bead from Germany. Crystal with deep red inclusions, also taking on the essence of a reliquary or crystal vial filled with a drop of the Precious Blood of our Lord. Very powerful symbolism to remind one of the sacred gift of Jesus who died for our sins. (Also the blood and water.) ANTIQUE CANE (1920s) GLASS BEADS
