He was born Michael Argemir in Spain on September 29, 1591 and became a Trinitarian friar in 1607 and took the name Michael of the Saints. + SAINT MICHAEL +
WITH GREAT LOVE FOR THE LORD He became a Trinitarian friar in 1607 and took the name Michael of the Saints. His brief of thirty-three years was one of great love for our Lord in the Blessed Sacraments. His generous service to the poor, the unfortunate and the sick made him a compassionate priest and a faithful friend. His ministry didn’t end with his death. + JOHN 14:26-28
HEALING THROUGH HIS INTERCESSION After eleven days of prayer, Frances Sanz was cured through his intercession. The cancerous tumors on her lips and tongue disappeared. No scars were left. Hers was one of many such cures and was presented as one of many miracles when Pius IX canonized Michael on June 8th 1862. + We hope you will join in our prayers to God to find a cure for cancer through the intercession of Saint Michael of the Saints. + Black Silver Leaf Jasper is from the Silicate, chalcedony, quartz family. The 10 Ave beads are a combination of wood and Jasper. The color of the stones has been graded from light to dark, the light, closest to the medal of St Michael. The Pater is said on the medal of St Michael of the Saints. These Gem Cuts are a soft rose with cream inclusions. Like tiny clouds, they capture the imagination of the heavens. + We love the imagery of the color light rose as Mary is often given to the symbolism. St Michael of the Saints had a very special love for Mary who so often came to earth standing on a cloud! |
