These hand made (lamp work) beads are an exceptional and rare find. They are antique, made in Japan. Since we are an Eucharistic people, we have dedicated this rosary to the New Covenant. We were told that the beadmaker used gold to get this color. It must have been a very popular color for rosarymaking! There is no way to share the beauty of this rosary other than to hold it in your hands - our imaging simply could not capture its beauty. + ... SYMBOLISM ... God's New Covenant is sealed in blood, thus the choice of the color of the beads used here. His name is Jesus. We have separated the red beads with faceted (English cut) gold beads to remind us of the promise of heaven. Note the metal tubes that have tiny hearts on each one, reperesenting God's love for his children. They point to the Eucharistic center, triune center (3 window bead). This Pater bead is crystal (water) with inclusions of red (blood). The Ave beads are closer to a 7mm than an 8mm. Each hand made. + ROSARY - CHAPLET SHOPPING CART |
