A FINE OLD PRINT FROM GERMANY
The child, Jesus holds a rosary over his left arm with no dividers and probably made of wooden beads. Rosaries without Pater beads were a traditional rosary form and often pictured this way in icons and pictures of this period and before.

Interesting as the rosary as we know it now was practiced from about the 14th century on, having believed to be introduced by the Dominicans.
