In the mid 17th century, Venerable Margaret of the Blessed Sacrament was given this chaplet in honor of the Infant of Prague in a private revelation. Through her the Child promised special graces of innocence and purity of heart for all who carried the chaplet on their person and reciting it in honor of the mysteries of His holy infancy.

It has become a worldwide devotion through the promotion of the Carmelites. This little chaplet or Little Crown has 15 beads.
