Purple must be a favorite color of God. It is the color of the passion of our Lord, of royalty and kingship and of high spirituality. It is a color very close to heaven. God used it in the Old Testament Violet, Purple and Scarlet abound as he sets his design for his dwelling place, his tent into the mind and hands of Moses. The priestly garments, the Ephod was to contain these colors, too. ROSARY
