Purchased in 2003 in Southern Bavaria near the site of the Passion Play, this antique filigree rosary or 'Rosenkranz' is not all that far from it origin. A wonderful example of glass 'pearls' from Europe. Schwäbisch Gmünd - was known for its jewelers and remains a world class center for learning with its many art schools.
