The Walter Daniels family has graciously allowed us to share some of their museum collection of rosaries with you.

BAVARIAN ROSARY NECKPIECE

An elegant old rosary made into a necklace sometime along the way. A beautiful example of an early  pilgrimage rosary as it tells a story of its historical travels through its many medallions.

~ JUBILEE ROSARY 1700s ~

SANCTA SCALA - HOLY DOORS

A wonderful rosary  which allows us to see into the importance of the Jubillee celebration during the year of 1700 in Rome. The holy doors and the Sancta Scala are featured.

~ MINE CUT GARNETS ~

RARE CRUCIFIX FOR THIS PERIOD

A very interesting crucifix on this rosary for this time and period of filligree rosaries

~ SILVER MEDALLION ~

A TREASURY OF MEDALS

This rosary of garnet has a wonderful collection of small medals, some of which are cut outs, others are heartshaped.  The credo cross is in 3 pieces, strung together to form a cross.

~ 17c SILVER FILIGREE ~

EXOTIC WOODS CAPPED IN SILVER

A fine example of a filigree rosary from the 1600's.  It was de-accessioned from the DeYoung (San Francisco) and brought into the Daniel's Family Collection.
